Sister Ruby Ledford Campbell

Sister Ruby Ledford Campbell, age 86 of Manchester went home to be with the Lord on Sunday February 14, 2016 at the Laurel Creek Health Care Center. She was born on Wednesday, June 25, 1930 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Farris and Eva Stevens Marcum. She was a homemaker and a member of the Burning Springs Church of God.

She leaves to mourn her passing her son: Wayne Ledford and his wife Betty, her grandchildren: Lisa Wilson and her husband Brett, Leslie Langdon and her husband Steve, and Waynetta Deaton and her husband Brian. Also surviving are her great grandchildren: Matthew Langdon and Megan, Clara Brianne Wilson, Kalyn Wilson, Zachary Langdon, Jacob Deaton and Emma Deaton.

Sister Campbell is preceded in death by her parents: Farris and Eva Marcum, her husband: Rev. Cecil Ledford, her husband: Bro. E. C. Campbell, these sisters: Nancy Whitaker, Molly Marcum and her husband: Cleveland, Oda Marcum and her husband Carlo, and her brother: Herman Walden his wife Bernice.

Funeral Services for Sister Ruby Ledford Campbell will be conducted on Friday, February 19 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Bobby Couch, Rev. Ronnie Brown, Rev. Mike Gray and Rev. Joey Burns will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held on Thursday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
