Shafter Frost

Mr. Shafter Frost, age 78 of Manchester departed this life on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at his home.  He was born on Thursday, March 11, 1943 in Oneida, Kentucky to the union of John Henry and Delphia (Potter) Frost.  He was retired from the Kentucky Department of Highways.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife:  Charlene (Byrd) Frost and his children:  Mike Frost (Michal), Terry Frost (Rhonda) and Angela Walker (David) and seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.  Also surviving is one sister and one brother:  Anna Jean Frost and Ronnie Frost of Oneida, KY.

He is preceded in death by his parents: John Henry and Delphia Frost, and these brothers and sister:  Clyde Frost, Millard Frost and Dora Frost.

A special thank you to the employees of Bluegrass Hospice Care for helping take such good care of Shafter through his final days here.

Graveside Services for Mr. Shafter Frost will be conducted on Monday, November 22, 2021 at 1 PM at the Manchester Memorial Gardens.  Rev. Tim Ball will be officiating.  He will be laid to rest in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
