Roy "Rooster" Jarvis

Roy “Rooster” Jarvis, age 78 passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at the AdventHealth Manchester. He was born on Monday, October 14, 1946 in Manchester, Kentucky to the union of Tommy and Suzanne (Roberts) Jarvis. 

He leaves to mourn his passing his children: Ora Lou Jarvis, Janice Byrd and husband Michael, Penny Kelly and husband Johnny, Roy Jarvis, Jr. and wife Misty and Selena Curry; twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Tommy and Suzanne Jarvis; his sons: Clifford Jarvis and Tyler Jarvis; his granddaughter: Aleshia Jarvis; and his siblings: Jay C. Jarvis, Edna France and Linda Lou Wagers.

Graveside Services for Roy “Rooster” Jarvis will be conducted on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Herd Cemetery in the Sibert Community. Burial will follow in the Herd Cemetery in the Sibert Community.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
