Ricky Dean Bush

Ricky Dean Bush, age 60 departed this life on Friday, September 1, 2023 at his home.  He was born on Friday, July 19, 1963 in Manchester, Kentucky to John C. and Bertha (Stevens) Bush.  He was retired from the United States Postal Service as a mail clerk.  He loved God, family and his country.  He served in the United States Army and was in the 82nd Airborn Division stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Rita (Henson) Bush and his children:  Kayla Holt and husband Dustin and Kyle Bush and two grandsons:  Liam and Luke Holt.  Also surviving are two brothers and one sister:  Roy Bush, Phillip Bush, Sherry Marcum and husband Anthony; three nephews:  Jonathan Bush, Christopher and James Henson, two nieces:  Heather Bush and Hope Marcum; his father-in-law:  James Henson and his brother-in-law:  Ricky Charles Henson.

He is preceded in death by his parents:  John and Bertha Bush; his sister:  Donna Kaye Bush; his mother-in-law:  Nancy Henson and his sister-in-law:  Christene Henson.

Funeral Services for Ricky Dean Bush will be conducted on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.  James Davis will be officiating.  He will be laid to rest in the Bill Henson Cemetery on the Left Hand Fork of Billy’s Branch.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Wednesday, September 6 after 6 PM until 9 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
