Nellie (Collins) Hatfield

Mrs. Nellie Hatfield, age 70 departed this life on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the Fountain Circle Care and Rehabilitation in Winchester, Kentucky.  She was born on Saturday, April 2, 1949 in Manchester, Kentucky to the union of Lester and Idell Smith Collins.  She was a homemaker.

She leaves to mourn her passing her sons: Grant Hatfield, Jr., Marvin Hatfield and Jerry Wayne Collins, her grandchildren: Brittany Brock and Jeremiah Collins and her great grandson: Logan Brock as well as her brothers and sisters: Elsie Harmon, Ida Hubbard, Magalene Smith, Charlie Collins, Harvey Dean Collins, Harold Wayne Collins, Lawrence Collins and Joe B. Collins.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Lester and Idell Collins, her husband: Grant Hatfield, Sr., her brothers: Delbert Collins and Scott Collins and her sister: America Crocher.

A celebration of life for Mrs. Nellie Hatfield will be conducted on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Youel Napier and Rev. Paul Mitchell will be presiding.  She will be laid to rest next to her husband: Grant Hatfield, Sr. in the Downey Cemetery in the Buzzard Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Wednesday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
