Nancy Henson

Mrs. Nancy Henson, age 74 of Manchester departed this life on Monday, September 10, 2018 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.  She was born on Thursday, March 16, 1944 in Manchester, Kentucky to the union of Alex and Georgia Davis Smith.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Horse Creek Holiness Church.

She leaves to mourn her passing her husband: James Henson, her daughters: Rita Bush and her husband Ricky and Christene Henson and her husband Rickie, 4 grandchildren: Christopher Henson, James Henson, Kayla Holt and her husband Dustin and Kyle Bush.  Also surviving is her great grandson: Liam Holt and these brothers and sisters: Viola Stanley, Mattie Henson, D. C. Smith, Don Smith, Kenneth Smith and her foster brother: Fred Gibson.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Alex and Georgia Smith, her sisters: Nola Smallwood and Mildred Smith and her brothers: William Smith, Clarence Smith and J. C. Smith.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Nancy Henson will be conducted on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 11 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.  Terry Reed and James Davis will be presiding.  Interment will follow in the Bill Henson Cemetery in the Billy’s Branch Community.

Visitation will be held on Thursday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
