Mr. Wendell E. Reach, Jr

Mr. Wendell E. Reach, Jr., age 48 of Manchester, passed away Saturday, December 10th, 2011 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born February 1st, 1963 in Illinois to Wendell E. Reach, Sr. and Katherine Robinson Roark. He was a carpenter.

He is survived by his children: Melissa Reach of Florida, Whitney Reach of Indiana, Wendell Reach III of Indiana, Austin Reach of Indiana, and Alexis Reach of Indiana. Also surviving is his mother: Katherine Roark, his step-father: Jim Roark and 3 grandchildren: Nevaeh Lewis, Savannah Torres, and Samara Torris, and these brothers and sisters: Barbara Thurman and husband Logan of Indianapolis, Indiana, Ryan Reach and his wife: Anita of Amo, Indiana, and Christopher Reach of Morrisville, Indiana, his step-mother: Marjorie Reach of Indiana, his fiancée: Jennifer Burkhart of Manchester, and his grandparents: Denver and Edna Robinson.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made toward the funeral expenses.

Funeral Services for Mr. Wendell E. Reach, Jr. will be Tuesday, December 13th, 2011 at 1:30 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Henry Lloyd Deaton will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Robinson Cemetery in the Ball Road Community of Sexton Creek.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 13th, after 10 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
