Mr. Walter Grubb

Mr. Walter Grubb, age 89 of Lockards Creek, passed away Sunday, February 13th, 2011 at the Laurel Creek Health Care Center. He was born June 2nd, 1921 in the Mill Creek Community to the union of Sawyer and Allie Jackson Grubb. He was a farmer and a member of the Lockards Creek Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Sawyer and Allie Grubb.

He is survived by his wife: Cledith Sizemore Grubb of Lockards Creek, his children: Kathleen Gibson and her husband Wendell of Manchester, Arlie Grubb and his wife Janet of Burksville, Kentucky, Randall Grubb and his wife Kimberly of Manchester, Kentucky, Sherlene Hensley and her husband Tracy of Manchester, Kentucky and Jessica Grubb Smith of Manchester, Kentucky. Also surviving are 7 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, and one brother: Forrester Grubb of Lockards Creek.

Funeral Services for Mr. Walter Grubb will be held on Wednesday, February 16th, 2011 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Grubb Cemetery in the Lockards Creek Community.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 15th, after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
