Mr. Stanley Harris

Mr. Stanley Harris, age 56 of Manchester, passed away Monday, October 8, 2012 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. He was born November 11, 1955 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of George and Thelma Smith Harris. He was a retired coal miner and a member of the Beech Creek Methodist Church.

He is survived by his sisters and brothers: Gracie Smith of Louisville, Viretta Patrick of London, Teddy Harris and his wife: Gladys of Manchester, Earnest Harris and his wife Susie of London, Charles Harris and his wife Wilma of Manchester, and Estill Harris and his wife Linda of Manchester. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews, and one special nephew: Patrick Harris.

He is preceded in death by his parents: George and Thelma Harris, his sister: Stella Harris, and his wife: Melinda Hibbard Harris.

Funeral Services for Mr. Stanley Harris will be on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Sill Lee will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Paces Creek Cemetery in the Paces Creek Community.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 10, from 6 PM until 9 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
