Mr. Stanley Bowling

Mr. Stanley Bowling, age 70 of Fogertown passed away Sunday, July 18th, 2010 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky. He was born November 2nd, 1939 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Pearl and Beatrice Deaton Bowling. He was a member of the Gray Fork Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.

He is survived by his wife: Sallie Bowling of Fogertown, his daughters: Sheila Pennington and husband Earl of Manchester, and Scarlett Napier and husband Craig of Manchester, and his son: Brent Bowling and wife Carrie of Manchester. Also surviving are the following grandchildren: Brittany and Andrea Napier, and Shelby Tatum Bowling, and these brothers and sisters: Jackie Brumley of Bethel, Ohio, Billy Bowling and wife Ann of Manchester, Granville Bowling and wife Connie of Livonia, Michigan, and Greta Emond and husband Jerry of Manchester.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Pearl and Beatrice Bowling.

Funeral Services for Mr. Stanley Bowling will be Thursday, July 22nd, 2010 at 1 PM at the Gray Fork Baptist Church. Rev. John T. “Boo” Smith, Rev. Scott Emond, and Rev. Aaron Mobley will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Hacker Cemetery in the Gray Fork Community.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 21st, after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
