Mrs. Shirley Agnes Hatfield Jones, age 66 of Manchester departed this life on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born on Tuesday, February 22, 1949 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Ernie and Kathleen Hoskins Hatfield. She was a retired LPN.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband: Mendell Jones and these children: Tim Hatfield and his wife Penny, Kim Hatfield, Les Henson and his wife Heather, Megan Jones, and Frank Jones and his wife: Bessie. Also surviving are her grandchildren: Tyler Smith, Devin Breedlove, Rory Boggs, Jett Boggs, Katlyn Henson, Luke Henson, Wyatt Jones, Jacob Henson, Gabby Brock, and Darian Minton and these great grandchildren: Landen Smith, Jace Brock, Jensen Brock, Sawyer Minton, and Presley Minton. Mrs. Jones is also survived by her brothers and sisters: James Larry Hatfield and his wife Patty, Sheila Hacker and her husband Larry, Joey Hatfield and his wife Nancy, and Sherry Hatfield, and 3 special friends: Lorraine and John Ed Pennington, and Kathleen Smith.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Ernie and Kathleen Hatfield, her brother: Ernie Wayne Hatfield, her granddaughter: Francheska Jones, and her great grandchild: Elizabeth.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Shirley Agnes Hatfield Jones will be held on Saturday, February 6 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Bill Wagers will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Bundy Cemetery in the Woollum Community.

Visitation will be held on Friday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
