Mrs. Sallie Ann Pennington

Mrs. Sallie Ann Pennington, age 92 of Burning Springs, passed away Wednesday, March 30th, at the Jackson Manor Nursing Home in Jackson County, Kentucky. She was born March 13th, 1919 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Benjamin and Margaret Buttery Johnson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Benjamin and Margaret Johnson, and her husband: Eugene Pennington.

She is survived by her daughter: Thelma Wolfe and her husband Hansford Patrick, her son: William J. Pennington and his wife Rena Faye, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and her sister: Nancy Johnson of Berea, Kentucky.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Sallie Ann Pennington will be Saturday, April 2nd, 2011 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery in the Burning Springs Community.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 2nd, from 12 PM until funeral time at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
