Mrs. Sallie Ann Carmack

Mrs. Sallie Ann Carmack, age 101 of Sugar Creek, passed away Monday, October 10th, 2011 at her home. She was born October 19th, 1909 in Bear Branch, Kentucky to the union of Wilk and Lue Roberts Sizemore. She was a member of the Bear Branch Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children: John Carmack and his wife Pat of Tennessee, Pauline Collett of Big Creek, Kentucky, Bonnie Carmack of Big Creek, Kentucky, Hazel Rojem and her husband Aaron of Annville, Kentucky, and Linda Estep and her husband Maynard of Big Creek, Kentucky. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren, and a special niece: Hazel Baker of London, Kentucky, and several other friends and relatives.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Wilk and Lue Sizemore, her husband: Felix Carmack, her son: Wilk Carmack, her daughter: Ruth Helton, and two great grandchildren: Jamie Glenn Carmack and LaDonna Rojem, 3 brothers and 6 sisters.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Sallie Ann Carmack will be Thursday, October 13th, 2011 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Cleve Bowling, Rev. Dewayne Yost and Rev. Ted Collett will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Estep Cemetery in the Sugar Creek Community.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 12th, from 6 PM until 9 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
