Mrs. Nancy B. Cox

Mrs. Nancy B. Cox, age 86 of Manchester, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012 at her home. She was born May 12, 1926 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Squire Benge and Mattie Patterson Randall.

She is survived by her children: Roy O. Cox of Manchester, Squire E. Cox and his fiance Zella Webb of Manchester, Goldie Griffin of Manchester, Inez Smith and her husband Larkin Smith, Jr. of Manchester, Della Mae Dell and her fiancé Chuck of Manchester, and Bernice Cox of Manchester. Also surviving is a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Also surviving are these sisters and brother: Wilma Minton of Manchester, Kathleen Murray of Morristown, Tennessee, and Delbert Benge of Corbin, Kentucky.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Roy Cox, her parents: Squire Benge and Mattie Patterson Randall, her daughter: Jewell Cox Huerth, 2 unborn children: Clemon and Larry Cox, and her brothers and sisters: Lizzie Collins, Rosie Owens, Ivory Garrett, Pearl Burkhart, Dill Sawyers, and Leslie Benge.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Nancy B. Cox will be conducted on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Roger Miller and Rev. Cecil Benge will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 24, after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
