Mrs. Myrtle Henson Webb, age 93 of Manchester, passed away Friday, November 16, in Corbin, Kentucky. She was born January 23, 1919 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Bleve and Rosie Jones Henson. She was a retired cook for the Clay County Board of Education and a member of the Lyttleton Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughters: Patricia Webb of Corbin and Sallie Davidson and her husband Homer of London. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren: Todd Roberts, Terry Baker and Angela Davidson and 3 great grandchildren: Rachel Baker, Jacob Smith, and Nathan Todd Davidson.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Bleve and Rosie Henson, her husband: Yancy Webb, these brothers and sisters: Virgie Stewart, Anita Jones, Dolly Wathan, Flora Henson, Frankie Henson, Bleve Henson, Jr., Leonard Henson, and Ted Henson and her uncle: Rev. Tom J. Henson.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Myrtle Henson Webb will be conducted on Wednesday, November 21 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Rolin Bradshaw and Rev. Curtis Wagers will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 20 after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
