Mrs. Melanie Vanessa Miller Curry

Mrs. Melanie Vanessa Miller Curry, age 41 departed this life on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born on Tuesday, June 25, 1974 in Richmond, Kentucky. She was a grant writer for the Clay County Board of Education and a member of the Manchester Baptist Church.

She leaves to mourn her passing her children: Samantha Roark and Tristan Curry, her father: Anthony Miller, her special uncle: Robert Reid, her sister: Hannah Michelle Martin and many cousins who were very special to Melanie. She is preceded in death by her husband: Ricky L. Curry, her mother: Angela K. Reid Plitcha, her maternal grandparents: Vernon and Edith Reid, and her paternal grandparents: Rufus "Jam Up" and Juanita Miller.

Services for Mrs. Melanie Vanessa Miller Curry will be conducted on Saturday, May 14 at 3 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will begin at 12 Noon on Saturday at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. There will be no public interment services.
