Mrs. Mary France

Mrs. Mary France, age 77 of London, formerly of Clay County, passed away Wednesday, September 15th, 2010 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. She was born January 21st, 1933 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of John and Sarah Downey Hooker. She was a homemaker and a member of the holiness church.

She is survived by her son: Lowell France of London, Kentucky, her daughter: Debra Hammons of Ohio, these grandchildren: Benjamin France, Brian France, Brent France, 3 great grandchildren: Colton France, Angelina France, and Caden France. Also surviving is her sister: Ann Gibson of Manchester.

She is preceded in death by her parents: John and Sarah Hooker, and her husband: Charlie France.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary France will be Saturday, September 18th, 2010 at 2:30 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Terry Mathis will be officiating. Burial will follow in the France-Mathis Cemetery in the London Community.

Visitation will be Friday, September 17th, after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
