Mrs. Lizzie Hoskins

Mrs. Lizzie Hoskins, age 83 of Manchester, passed away Tuesday, April 20th, 2010 at the Laurel Creek Health Care Center. She was born January 30th, 1927 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Floyd and Sarah Davis Hubbard. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children: George Hoskins of Manchester, Charles Hoskins of Manchester, Billy Ray Hoskins of Laurel Creek, Darlene Gray of Manchester, Mary Betty Wagers of Manchester, Zenner Smith of Manchester, and Norma Smith of Corbin. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and these brothers and sisters: Andy Joe Hubbard of Manchester, Richard Hubbard of Manchester, Woodrow Hubbard of London, Bessie Hicks of Manchester, and Allie Hoskins of Manchester.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Floyd and Sarah Hubbard, her husband: Reed Hoskins, her sisters: Dorothy Rogers, Susan Gabbard, Gracie David, Oda Hubbard and Effie Lawson.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Lizzie Hoskins will be Saturday, April 24th, 2010 at 2 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church. Rev. William "Mann" Cobb and Rev. Owen Smith will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Blevins Cemetery in the Woollum Community.

Visitation will be Thursday, after 6 PM and Friday at the Antioch Baptist Church.
