Mrs. Geneva Murray

Mrs. Geneva Murray, age 95 of Manchester, passed away Sunday, February 20th, 2011 at the Laurel Creek Health Care Center. She was born January 15th, 1916 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of I. J. Howard, Sr. and Margaret Muncy Howard. She was a long time member of Fogertown Christian Missionary Alliance Church, where she was a Sunday School Teacher for many years.

She is preceded in death by her parents: I. J. Howard, Sr. and Margaret Howard, her husband: Orville Murray, and 3 sons: Herbert Clayton Murray, Kermit Murray, and Herman Demarie Murray.

She is survived by her daughter: Lois Caudill and her husband Carl of Mechanicsville, Virginia, 2 grandchildren: Myra Adams and Charlotte Jones, and 4 great grandchildren: Brandon and Cody Adams, and Trey and Tyler Jones.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Geneva Murray will be Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011 at 11 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Burt Allen will be officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery in the Fogertown Community.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 22nd, after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
