Mrs. Frances Y. Webb

Mrs. Frances Y. Webb, age 74 of London, passed away Wednesday, December 28th, 2011 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital. She was born June 8th, 1937 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Cloyd and Minnie Abner Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of the Garrard Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children: Mitzi Steely and her husband: Dennis of Manchester, Tammie Brooks and her husband Gary of London, and Teddy Webb of London, also surviving are these grandchildren: Renata Osborne and Kristen Davis, Roger Lee Osborne and his wife Janet, Whitney Brennan and her husband Mathew, Gilbert Steely, Elizabeth Steely, and Megan Bowling and her husband Logan. Also surviving is great grandchild: Olivia Osborne, and one sister: Joyce Webb of Sharonville, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Cloyd and Minnie Smith, her husband: Teddy Webb, and her brother: Calvin Smith.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Frances Y. Webb will be conducted on Sunday, January 1st, 2012 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dennis Steely will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 31st, from 6 PM until 9 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
