Mrs. Eula Webb Howard, age 87 of Manchester, passed away Sunday, July 24th, 2011 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky. She was born April 3rd, 1924 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of James Lester and Martha Hacker Webb. She was a homemaker; she worked for the Clay County Board of Education as a manager of food service at the Burning Springs Elementary School, and was a member of the Brown Mission Christian Church.

She is survived by her son: Mike Howard of Manchester, her daughter: Linda Kay Nicholson and her husband: Paul of London, her grandchildren: Melanie Thacker and her husband: Steven, Paul Carl Nicholson and his wife Leslie, John Michael Howard, and Kristy Priscilla Johnson. Also surviving are these great grandchildren: Kyle James Thacker, Jack Thomas Nicholson, Isabelle Kate Nicholson, Cameron Daniel Johnson, Kelsie Lynn Johnson and Wyatt Marvin Thacker, and these sisters: Beulah Campbell of Manchester, Della Mae Marcum of Manchester, Ella Marcum of Manchester, and Audrey Day of Manchester.

She is preceded in death by her parents: James Lester and Martha Hacker Webb, her brother: Luther Webb, and her husband: Carl Howard.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Eula Webb Howard will be Wednesday, July 27th, 2011 at 11 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Wayne House will be officiating. Burial will be in the Coldiron Cemetery in the Laurel Creek Community.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 26th, after 7 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.

Rominger Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
