Mrs. Dorothy Smith

Mrs. Dorothy Smith, age 62, of Morgan Branch, passed away Wednesday, May 18th, 2011 at her home. She was born March 10th, 1949 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Joe and Rachel Bishop Sawyers.

She is survived by her husband: Herman Smith, and her children: Martha Sue Marcum and her husband Ricky of Elk Creek, and Linda Kaye Bowling and her husband Virgil of Hector, these grandchildren: Amanda Rachel Bowling, Erica Danelle Bowling, Sarena Hoskins, Michelle Collins, Andrew Jones, and Billy Darrell Alfred Collins. Also surviving are these brothers and sisters: Arnold Sawyers of Manchester, Tunis McQueen of Morgan Branch, Cloyd Burkhart of Fall Rock, Lois Henson of Fall Rock, Wilburn Sawyers of Paris, Kentucky and Esther Smith of Manchester.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Dorothy Smith will be Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home. Rev. Bob Estep and Rev. Elbert Mitchell will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery in the Fogertown Community.

Visitation will be Friday, May 20th, after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
