Mrs. Clara Foister Brown

Mrs. Clara Foister Brown, age 81 of Manchester, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2012 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital. She was born November 4, 1930 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of John and Chloe Carpenter Foister. She was a retired school teacher and a member of the Manchester Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter: Vanda Collins of Manchester, her son: Robert Arlo Brown, Jr. of London, her grandson: Roy Glenn Collins and his wife Jennifer, two great grandchildren: Clara and Jennings Brown Collins, and her brother: Steve Foister of Hamilton, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her parents: John and Chloe Foister and her husband: Robert Arlo Brown.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Clara Foister Brown will be conducted on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ken Bolin will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 15, after 11 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
