Mrs. Betty Swafford

Mrs. Betty Swafford, age 70 of Saplin Fork Road departed his life on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at her home. She was born on Saturday, June 30, 1945 in Louisville, Kentucky to the union of McKinley and Lida Abner Keen. She was a homemaker and a member of the Otter Creek Baptist Church.

She leaves to mourn her passing her son: Raymond Swafford and his wife Lavonne, her daughter: Linda Brumley and her husband Walter Don, and these grandchildren: Kari Beth Hacker, Ryan Joseph Swafford, and Hayden Seth Brumley. Also surviving are her sisters: Mary Swafford and Janice Grubb and her brother: Charles Keen.

She is preceded in death by her parents: McKinley and Lida Keen, her husband: Reid Swafford and her brother: McKinley Keen, Jr.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Betty Swafford will be conducted on Wednesday, October 14, at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Golden Smith, Jr. will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Goose Rock Cemetery in the Goose Rock Community.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
