Mrs. Bessie Gail Wagers

Mrs. Bessie Gail Wagers, age 66 of Manchester, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at her home. She was born July 27, 1946 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Thomas and Nancy Mays Mills.

She is survived by her children: Ricky Smith of Manchester, Vickie Sizemore of Manchester, Hughie Wagers of London, and Dewey Wagers of Louisville. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and these brothers and sisters: Irene Eversole of Manchester, Doshia Smith of London, Brenda Lee Mills of Springfield, Kentucky, Virgie Mills of Manchester, Lizzie Mills of Manchester, Lonzo Mills, of Manchester, Albert Mills of London, Oscar Mills of Manchester, and Clayton Mills of Manchester.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Thomas and Nancy Mills, her husband: Hughie Wagers, her daughter: Bernice Wagers, and these brothers and sisters: Bobby Ray Mills, Christina Mills, and Evalene Woods.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Bessie Gail Wagers will be on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 12 PM at the Morgan Branch Baptist Church. Rev. Scottie Jewell will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Brush Harbor Cemetery in the Billy’s Branch Community.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 1, after 6 PM at the Morgan Branch Baptist Church.
