Mr. Richard Gray

Mr. Richard Gray, 74 of Chop Bottom in Manchester, passed away Sunday, May 1st, 2011 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital. He was born May 7th, 1936 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of John and Victoria Caudill Gray. He was a coal miner and a member of the Pentecostal Church.

He is survived by his wife: Wilma Jean Smith Gray of Chop Bottom and these children: Marsha Colter of Louisville, Kentucky, Joyce Henson of Hazard, Kentucky, Stanley Gray of Manchester, Hanley Gray of Manchester, Joan Lee of Fall Rock, Kentucky and Jason Gray of Garrard, Kentucky. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents: John and Victoria Gray.

Funeral Services for Mr. Richard Gray will be Wednesday, May 4th, 2011 at 3 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. George Roberts, Rev. Sill Lee and Rev. Jessie Kemp will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery #2 in the Chop Bottom Community.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 3rd, after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
