Mr. Paul Bray

Mr. Paul Bray, age 78, of Bray Creek Road, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital. He is preceded in death by his wife, Geneva Bray. He was a farmer and employed by the Clay County Board of Education. He was a member and Deacon of the Macedonia Baptist Church.

He leaves surviving 3 sons: Johnny Bray of Burning Springs; Jimmy Bray and Jerry Bray both of Berea, KY. Four grandchildren; 1 step-granddaughter and 5 great grandchildren. Also surviving are 2 brothers: Rex Bray of Burning Springs and Raleigh Bray of Bray Creek Road.

He is preceded in death by the following: his parents: William (Bill) and Eliza (Foutch) Bray; 3 brothers: Pearl Bray, Lester Bray, and Burchell Bray; 1 sister: Esther Bray.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 10 , 2009 at 2PM at Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Charlie Goodman officiating. Visitation will be Friday after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home. Visitation will also be Noon on Saturday at the Macedonia Baptist Church prior to funeral time. Burial will following in the Bray Cemetery in the Bray Creek Road Community.
