Mr. John Millard Sears, age 77 of Manchester, passed away Monday, August 6, 2012 at the Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. He was born August 10, 1934 in Cincinnati, Ohio to William Sears and Eula Mae Coyle. He was a member of the Bethany Bible Church, a truck driver, and a veteran of the U. S. Navy where he served in the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife: Martha Jane Napier Sears, his children: Johnny William Sears of Cincinnati, Ohio, Shelia L. McCullum of Batavia, Ohio, Jackie Michelle Freeman of Harrison, Ohio, Martisha Lynn Martin of Manchester, Randall Scott Neal of Williamstown, Kentucky, Kathleen Craft of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, Lonnie Neal of Amelia, Ohio, Ricky Neal of Manchester, and Debbie Sanbourn of Venice, Florida. Also surviving are 21 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and his sister: Gloria Linzy of White Bluff, Tennessee.
He is preceded in death by his parents: William Sears and Eula Mae Coyle, and his brothers: Wallace Sears and David Sears, and his daughter: Daisy Ann Neal.
Funeral Services for Mr. John Millard Sears will be conducted on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at 3 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Charlie Martin and Rev. Travis Fields will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethany Cemetery in the Fogertown Community.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 9, at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
