Mr. Jeffrey Allen Pennington

Mr. Jeffrey Allen Pennington, 52 of Manchester departed this life on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital. He was born on Sunday, January 5, 1964 in Manchester to Joseph Harris and Flora "Bootsie" Pennington. He was employed by the City of Manchester.

He leaves to mourn his passing his children: Jasmine Clark and J.J. Clark, his grandchildren: Anaiah and Kendrick, his father: Joseph Harris, and these brothers and sisters: Darrell Pennington, Paula Pennington, Lesa Pennington Walker, Judy Walker, Peggy Walker, Joseph "Skippy" Harris, Jr., Jeannie Harris, Fleda Lyttle, and Albert Harris.

He is preceded in death by his mother: Flora "Bootsie" Pennington, his sister: Pamela Pennington Boston, brothers: Gary "Bubbs" Pennington and Michael Harris, and his grandmother: Eleanor Pennington.

Funeral Services for Mr. Jeffrey Allen Pennington will be conducted on Friday, September 9 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Donnie McKissic will be officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday after 12 PM until the funeral hour at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
