Mr. Franklin D. Walker, age 71 of Manchester, passed away Monday, August 31st, 2009 in Corbin, Kentucky. He was a bartender & professional painter.

He is survived by his daughter: Carolita Kemp of Manchester, 2 grandchildren: Leslie Jones & Jessica Middleton, & 4 great grandchildren as well as these brothers & sisters: Hellen Walker McClinton of Cincinnati, Ohio, Liddie Cannon of Cincinnati, Ohio, Belesia Walker of Manchester, Deliah Horsey of Manchester, Geneva Philpot of Manchester, Rosetta Hill of Middlesboro, Kentucky, Alex Walker of Lexington, Kentucky, Bill Walker of Corbin, Kentucky, & George Paul Walker of Manchester, Kentucky.

Funeral Services for Mr. Franklin D. Walker will be Saturday, Sept. 5th, 2009 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jose Walker will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 5th, after 11:30 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
