Mr. Clarence Saylor

Mr. Clarence Saylor, age 82 of Manchester, passed away Monday, March 8th, 2010 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital. He was born April 4th, 1929 in Harlan County, Kentucky to the union of Henry and Sudie Hollen Saylor. He was retired from the coal mines and attended the Crawfish Holiness Church.

He is survived by his children: Robert Saylor of Manchester, Mary Benge of London, Adajean Saylor Camur of Harrodsburg, Clarence Saylor, Jr. of Manchester, Elbert Wayne Saylor of Manchester, Elizabeth Saylor of London, and Daniel Brumley of Georgetown. Also surviving are several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Also surviving are these brothers and sister: Laura Brown of Cincinnati, Ohio, Chester Benny Saylor of London, and Ed Saylor of Manchester, and his sister-in-law: Katie Saylor.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Henry and Sudie Saylor, his wife: Vivian, his sons: Josh Saylor and David Saylor, his grandson: Robbie Saylor, his sisters: Frances Curry, Anna Jean Jarvis, and Mae Jones, and his brother: Orville Saylor.

Funeral Services for Mr. Clarence Saylor will be Wednesday, March 10th, 2010 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Cecil Benge will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Herd Cemetery in the Sibert Community.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 9th, after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
