Mr. Billy Ray Sams

Mr. Billy Ray Sams, age 54 of Manchester, departed this life on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital. He was born on Monday, April 10, 1961 in Clay County to the union of Walter and Joyce Lewis Sams.

He leaves to mourn his passing his son: Bobby Sams and his wife Renee, his daughter: Brandi Hacker and her husband Chris, 6 grandchildren: Gary Matthew Ray Hacker, Jayden Blake Lee Hacker, James Dalton Cole Hacker, Kylee Sams, Lynkin Xavier Ray Sams, and Chandler William Joseph Perry, his sister: Darlene Perry, his niece: Misty Perry and his nephew: Paul Shannon Perry.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents: William "Fudger" and Lucy Lee Lewis, his parents: Walter and Joyce Sams, his brother Bobby Sams, and his sister: Sue Hibbard.

Funeral Services for Mr. Billy Ray Sams will be conducted on Sunday, October 25 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Jonathan Henson, Donnie Mathis, and Roe Gibson will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Pigeon Roost Cemetery in the Pigeon Roost Community.

Visitation will be held on Saturday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
