Mr. Beve "B.P." Jones

Mr. Beve “B. P.” Jones, age 65 of Muddy Gap in Manchester passed away Monday, March 8th, 2010 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital. He was born March 26th, 1944 in Leslie County, Kentucky to the union of Charlie and Lillie Holland Jones. He was affiliated with the Holiness Church and was a retired Mine Inspector and Contractor.

He is survived by his wife: Sarah Roberts Jones of Manchester, these children: Tomesa Jones Burkhart of Muddy Gap, David Farris Jones of Muddy Gap, Brent Monroe Hibbard of London, and Debi VanDiver of Collyville, Texas. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren: Beve “Bubba” Begley, Chad Hacker, Zachary VanDiver and Chase VanDiver and 1 great grandchild: Jaiden Dwayne Begley. Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Roma Angel Sowders of Covington, Kentucky, Marma Duke Jones of Manchester, Nellie McCoy of London, Ruby Hoskins of Manchester, Opal Mitchell of Manchester, Ruth Martin of Manchester, and Gilbert Jones of Manchester.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Charlie and Lillie Jones and his brother: Farris Jones.

Funeral Services for Mr. Beve “B. P.” Jones will be Thursday, March 11th, 2010 at 12 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. George Roberts and Rev. Terry Reid will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 10th, after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
