Melissa Ann Hamilton

Melissa Ann Hamilton, age 58 passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025. She was born on Saturday, September 26, 1966 in Martinsville, Indiana to James Bruce and Clemie Cleo (Harmon) Howard. She was a member of the Manchester Christian Church and an instructional aide at the Clay County High School.

She leaves to mourn her passing her sons: James Earl Hudson and wife Linnette and Justin Blake Hudson, her grandchildren: Aiden James Hudson, Aubree Leighann Danielle Hudson, Ashtin Blake Hudson, James Brody Hudson, Hazel Grace Hudson, Jackson Gabrielle Hudson, Alexis Paige Hudson, Jaylen Emerie Hudson, Ashton Taylor Hudson, Alison Herald and Aaron Herold. Also surviving are her siblings: Beverly Stevens, James Howard, Rebecca Howard, Jennifer Howard Jones and Clayton Russell Howard, her special nephews: Bill Jacob Jones and Shane Miniard and her special niece: Amber Saylor.

She is preceded in death by her parents: James Bruce and Clemie Cleo Howard, her aunt: Ernestine Murphy and her brothers: Darrell Wayne Howard and Bruce Howard.

Funeral Services for Melissa Ann Hamilton will be conducted on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Brad Stevens will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery in the Fogertown Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Thursday after 11 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
