Mrs. Margie Faye Turner, age 70 departed this life on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at her home. She was born on Wednesday, April 6, 1949 in Oneida, Kentucky to the union of James and Nellie Sizemore Estep. She was a substitute teacher for the Clay County Board of Education and a member of the Pleasant Run Baptist Church.
She leaves to mourn her passing her husband: Hollie Turner, her daughter:
Carla Faye Turner Taylor and her son: David Anthony Turner as well as her grandchildren: Megan Gray Barnes, Avery David Turner, James Stephen Taylor and Isabella Fayth Turner, her sisters: Hettie Martin, Minnie Murrell, Nancy Lunsford and Kathy Maybree and her brothers: Raleigh Estep and James Estep.
She is preceded in death by her parents: James and Nellie Estep, her sisters: Geneva Holiday and Sally Hill and her brothers: Hogan Bowling and Raymond Estep.
A celebration of life for Mrs. Margie Faye Turner will be conducted on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Kevin Napier will be presiding. She will be laid to rest in the Macedonia Cemetery in the Burning Springs Community.
The family will receive friends and loved ones after 12 PM on Sunday at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
