Lisa Lovins

Lisa Lovins, age 60 departed this life on Monday, September 9, 2024 at her home. She was born on Thursday, September 19, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio to Fred and Jimme Mae Madden Metzger. She worked as a janitor for the court house and at the Manchester Elementary School. She attended the Wildcat Mennonite Church.

She is survived by her husband: Rex Lovins, her daughters: Jessica Lovins and Bethany Lovins, her grandchildren: Jaythan Bowling and Blake Bowling as well as her brothers and sister: Rick Metzger, Tami Proctor, Charlie Metzger and Ed Metzger. Lisa was a great mother, grandmother, friend and person, she will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Fred and Jimmie Mae Metzger and her babies: Alicia Kay Lovins and Rex “R. J.” Lovins, Jr.

Funeral Services for Lisa Lovins will be conducted on Monday, September 16, 2024 at 3 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Mike Birch will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Sharp Cemetery in the Laurel Branch Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Monday after 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
