Leah Hollin Fisher

Leah Hollin Fisher, age 70 passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at the ARH Hospital in Hazard, KY from a battle with cancer. Leah was born July 10, 1954 in Manchester, KY. Her parents were Nellie Lovins Reid and Granville Reid, Sr. She worked as a pharmacy technician for over 30 years.

Leah is survived by her husband of 52 years: J. Harold Fisher of Hima, KY; her son: Stephen J. Fisher and wife Emily of Manchester, KY. Also surviving are three grandchildren: Ashlyn J. Fisher, Kelly Stewart and Corry Neely; three sisters: Brenda Reid Crawford of Manchester, KY, Sandra K. Reid of Morgan Branch, KY, Phyllis S. Fields and husband Jennings of Fogertown, KY; one brother: Granville Reid, Jr. and wife Alieen of Manchester, KY. Surviving are four sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law: Ruby Reid, Donna Reid, Carol Reid, Linda Kirkpatrick and husband David and Mike Marshall; and her mother-in-law: Evelyn Fisher.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Granville and Nellie Reid; her sisters: Shelby Jean Reid, Peggy Rose Marshall; her brothers: Shirley Don Reid, Charles Franklin Reid, Bobby Ray Reid, Kenneth Barton Reid; her grandparents: Joe and Maltila Lovins and Theo and Lucinda Reid, her father-in-law Bill Fisher.

Funeral Services for Leah Hollin Fisher will be conducted on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tim Reid will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Reid Cemetery in the Greenbriar Community. 

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Monday after 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
