Joyce Ann Minton

Joyce Ann Minton, age 66 passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born on Sunday, March 16, 1958 in Manchester, Kentucky to William “Bill” and Mable Price Holt. She was a member of the Pleasant Run Baptist Church and a homemaker.

She leaves to mourn her passing her husband: Claude Minton, her son: Roger Dale Holt, her daughter: Alisha Minton, 1 grandson and these brothers and sisters: Sara England and husband Ronnie, Gaynell Marshall, Martha Hensley and husband Bob, Axie Mae Holt, Eric Wayne Holt and wife Tanya, Crystal Lynn Box and husband Arnold, David Holt and wife Becky, Lois Jean Foster, Melinda King and Bruce Holt as well as 29 nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents: William “Bill” and Mable Holt and these brothers and sisters: Frankie Holt, Gilbert House, Polly Ann House, Barbara Ann Holt and James Ray Holt.

 In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Rominger Funeral Home.

Funeral Services for Joyce Ann Minton will be conducted on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 2 PM at the Pleasant Run Baptist Church. Rev. Chad King will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Price Cemetery in the Price Hollow Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Wednesday after 1 PM at the Pleasant Run Baptist Church.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
