Jasmine Charity Faith Collins

Jasmine Charity Faith Collins, age 7, departed this life on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from injuries received in an accident. She was born on Thursday, April 20, 2006. She was a student at the Paces Creek Elementary School.

She leaves to mourn her passing her mother: Lisa Collins, her father: William Douglas Collins, her step-mother: Mary Wagers, her step-father: James Sizemore, her maternal grandparents: Logan and Oma Mitchell, and these brothers and sisters: Michael Collins of Louisville, Douglas Collins of Garrard, David Michael Douglas Collins of Garrard, Priscilla Henson of Manchester, Keith Sizemore of Manchester, James Carl Sizemore of Manchester, Jeffrey Dwayne Sizemore of Manchester, and Jaden Montero of Garrard. She also leaves to mourn her passing a host of other family members, aunts, uncles, cousins, classmates and friends.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: William “T. J.” Collins and Mary Botkins.

Funeral Services for Jasmine Charity Faith Collins will be conducted on Sunday, February 23, at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Steve May will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith-Sizemore Family Cemetery in the Bar Creek Community.

Visitation will be held on Saturday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
