Jacob Douglas Raymond Pinney, age 29 departed this life on Monday, August 9, 2021 at the Kettering Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.  He was born on Monday, April 20, 1992 in Dayton, Ohio to Douglas Pinney and Tina (Gay) Pinney.  He was a corrections officer.

He leaves to mourn his passing his mother: Tina Pinney; his maternal grandmother:  Patsy Marcum; his uncle:  David Marcum and wife Mary Elizabeth; his sister:  Amber Joyce; and a host of aunts, uncles , cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father:  Douglas Pinney; his paternal grandparents:  Geraldine Pinney and Charles Pinney; his maternal grandfathers:  Raymond Gay and Squire Marcum, Jr.

Funeral Services for Jacob Douglas Raymond Pinney will be conducted on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tess Lipps will be officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Marcum Cemetery in the Squire Marcum Road Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday after 12 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
