Greg Allen Stevens, age 38 of Manchester passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born on Saturday, March 8, 1986 in Lexington, Kentucky to Anthony Allen and Catherine Gail (Hopkins) Gorley.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Erica (Sizemore) Stevens, his children: DJ Stevens, Tony Stevens, Ben Stevens and Abbi Stevens, his father: Anthony Allen and his brother: Jacob “Petey” Stevens.

He is preceded in death by his mother: Catherine Gail Gorley, his papaw: Rock Stevens and his papaw: Logan Smith.

Funeral Services for Greg Allen Stevens will be conducted on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends and loved ones on Thursday after 12 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
