Darren Travis Gay

Darren Travis Gay was born September 11, 1980 and passed away Friday, May 18, 2018 at the age of 37.

Darren is survived by his father, Stephen “Jack” Gay and his wife Cherl; his mother, Lorraine Gay and by his grandmother, Lucille Gay. He is also survived by his wife Sharon Allen Gay, mother in law, Barbara Allen, nieces and nephews, Jarrod Hooker, Briley Hooker, Kennedy Allen, Layla Allen and a host of other relatives.

Darren was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John D. Gay and Elgin Van Winkle and grandmother, Nora Van Winkle.

Darren was a registered investment advisor, a member of the Island Creek Baptist Church in Manchester and enjoyed rabbit hunting with his beloved beagles.
