Charles Hoskins

Mr. Charles Hoskins, age 73 departed this life on Sunday, June 12, 2022 in Advent Health Manchester.  He was born Saturday, July 24, 1948 in Manchester, Kentucky to Reed and Isabelle “Lizzie” (Hubbard) Hoskins. He was a coal miner.

He leaves to mourn his passing his children: Angela Hoskins Jackson, Jerry Jason Hoskins and Mechelle Hoskins Johnson; these grandchildren:  Colton Hoskins, Courtney Johnson, Joshua Collins; great granddaughter:  Emily Collins, and lifelong friend:  Janet Hibbard.  Also surviving are two sisters and one brother:  Mary Betty Wagers, Norma Hoskins Smith and Billy Ray Hoskins and a host of friends and family to mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents:  Reed and Lizzie Hoskins and sisters:  Darlene Hoskins Gray, Zenner Hoskins Smith, and one brother:  George Hoskins.

Funeral Services for Charles Hoskins will be conducted on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Jessie Henson and Rev. Buford Hooker will be officiating.  Burial will follow in the Blevins Cemetery in the Woollum Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Wednesday, June 15, 2022  after 1PM until funeral time at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
