Carol Goins

Carol Robinson Goins, age 63 of Manchester, passed away Tuesday, August 9th, 2011 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky. She was born November 8th, 1947 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Ernest and Christine Alveras Robinson. She was a social services receptionist and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

She is survived by her daughter: Kendra Goins Cox and her husband Ray Cox of Somerset, her grandchildren: Anderson Ruth and Kayla Carroll and her husband Charlie Carroll, and Merik Cox and 1 great grandchild: Kyla Carroll; her mother: Christine Robinson. Also surviving is her brother: John Robinson and his wife Ruth Johnston Robinson of London, her sister: Mattie Baumgartner and her husband Wayne of Litchfield, Minnesota; 1 niece: Amy Roberts and her husband Stephen and 1 nephew: Josh Baumgartner, and her great nephews: Michael Vincent and J. Colton.

She is preceded in death by her father: Ernest Robinson.

Funeral Services for Carol Goins will be Friday, August 12th, at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Mark Laws, the Pastor of the Seventh Day Adventist Church will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery in the Burning Springs Community.

Visitation will be Friday, August 12th, after 12 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
