Betty Lou Smith

Betty Lou Smith, age 80 of Manchester departed this life on Friday, November 9, 2018 at her home.  She was born on Sunday, March 27, 1938 in Manchester to the union of Woodson and Martha Mills Smith.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist church.

She leaves to mourn her passing her daughters: Shawna Baker and Tamron Ball and her husband Tim, her grandchildren: Emily Jones and her husband Michael, Mikie Baker and his wife Paige, Jonathan Ball and his wife Mariah and Jeremey Ball and her great grandchildren: Addisyn, Mason, Jade, Melody and Noah.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Phillip Smith, her parents: Woodson and Marth Smith, her brothers and sisters: Nettie Jones, Leon Smith, A. T. Smith, Cleo Smith, W. P. Smith, Elmer Smith and Zelma Sharp.

A celebration of life for Betty Lou Smith will be conducted on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Tim Ball, Rev. Scotty Sumner and Rev. Stan Sester will be presiding.  She will be laid to rest next to her husband Phillip in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Monday after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
