Betty Joyce (Dezarn) Hacker

Mrs. Betty Joyce Hacker, age 64 departed this life on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at her home.  She was born on Friday, July 16, 1954 in Manchester to the union of Festus and Grace Goins Dezarn.

She leaves to mourn her passing her daughters: Kathy Roark and her husband Glenn and Karen Asher, her grandchildren: Rebecca Asher and her husband Kenneth, Kellie Jo Asher, Kevin Asher, Michael Hacker, Robin Roark, Stella Hacker and Don Cody Asher.  Also surviving are 5 great grandchildren, these brothers and sisters: Neal Dezarn, Festus Dezarn, Jr., Barbara Jackson, Virginia Herd, David Dezarn, Dean Dezarn, Cynthia Hacker, Clay Dezarn, Dale Dezarn and Raymond Dezarn as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Festus and Grace Dezarn, her husband: Don, her son: Mike Hacker, and her brothers: Herman Dezarn and Denzil Dezarn.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Betty Joyce Hacker will be conducted on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Henry Lloyd Deaton and Willard McQueen will be presiding.  Interment will follow in the Hacker Cemetery in the Fogertown Community.

Visitation will be on Saturday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
