Bennie Neil Byrd

Bennie Neil Byrd, age 78 departed this life on Friday, April 19, 2024 at his home.  He was born on Thursday, February 14, 1946 in Oneida, Kentucky to Charlie and Eunice Sawyers Byrd.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Judy Ann Edwards Byrd, his sons: Michael Byrd and Bennie Byrd, Jr., his grandchildren: Lillian Byrd, Christopher Byrd and Alex Thiel as well as his sister: Charlene Collins and his brother: John Byrd.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Charlie and Eunice Byrd, his daughters: Karen Byrd and Betty Jo Noonchester, his brothers: Willie Byrd and Ronnie Byrd and his sisters: Melisa Byrd McClure, Helen Byrd Mays and Rosetta Lunsford.

Funeral Services for Bennie Neil Byrd will be conducted on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Henry Lloyd Deaton and Rev. Todd Hicks will be presiding.  Burial will follow in the Byrd Cemetery in the Reed Branch Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Tuesday evening from 6 PM until 9 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
