Angela Reid Plichta

Angela Reid Plichta, age 54 of Bay Pointe Court in Louisville, KY, passed away on Friday, November 19, 2010, at her home from Arteriosclerosis. She was born Saturday, October 6, 1956 in London, Kentucky as the youngest of four siblings to Edith and Vernon Reid of Manchester, KY. She was a member of the Manchester Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Eric Plichta of Louisville, Ky and a daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Rick Curry, also of Louisville as well as three stepchildren, Jessica Plichta and husband Corey Wilson; Jake Plichta and wife Athena; and Carrie Plichta. She is survived by 3 brothers: Vernon Reid and wife, Jan of Kansas City, Missouri, Robert Reid of Manchester, and Jonathan Reid of Crescent City, Florida. Also surviving are these grandchildren: Tristan Curry of Louisville, KY and Samantha Roark of Manchester.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Edith Hubbard Reid and Vernon M. Reid.

A Memorial Service will be Tuesday, November 23rd, 2010 at 3 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will begin 1:30 PM Tuesday at the Rominger Funeral Home.
