Alice Williams

Alice Williams, 55 of London, formerly of Manchester, passed away Tuesday, November 16th, 2010 at the home of her daughter. She was a homemaker and a member of the holiness church. She was born April 6th, 1955 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Jimmy B. Smith and Haley Broughton Smith.

She is survived by these children: Haley Brock, Robbie Gail Henson, Thelma Lou Smith all of Manchester, Sylvia Smith of London, Donnie Smith of Manchester, Wesley Williams and Leslie Williams both of London, and Lance Williams of Manchester. 12 Grandchildren survive and these brothers and sisters: Kenneth Smith of Manchester, Rosie Williams of Goose Rock, Cecil Smith of Manchester, Gary Smith of London, Mark Smith of London, Mae Kirk of London, Betty Lou Henson of Manchester, Mary Lou Williams of Manchester, Clara Hoskins of London, Leonard Smith of Manchester, and Andy Smith of Manchester.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Jimmy B. & Haley Smith, & 3 sisters: Elvie Williams, Dorothy Smith, Lula Smith, and Mary Etta Smith

Funeral Services for Alice Williams will be Friday, November 19th, 2010 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ray Spicer, Rev. Roscoe Roark and Rev. Willie Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery in the Granny’s Branch Community.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 18th, after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
