Alan Burnette

Alan Burnette, age 60, departed this life on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at the AdventHealth in Manchester, KY. He was born on Friday, November 20, 1964 in London, KY to Orville and Ruth (Swafford) Burnette. He was a lab tech at AdventHealth.

 He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Abbie (Reed) Burnette and one daughter: Kristen Baker and husband Charlie and one granddaughter: Raegann and his father:  Orville Burnette.  Also surviving is one brother: James Burnette and sister-in-law: Deanna Slusher; two special nephews: Brandon (Pearl) Slusher and Cody (Molly) Slusher; and one niece: Hannah Burnette. Two great nephews : Walker Slusher and Mason Slusher and one great niece: Sawyer Slusher survive.

He is preceded in death by his mother: Ruth Burnette; his son: Christopher Burnette, his father-in-law and mother-in-law: Russell and Louise Reed and his brother-in-law: James Slusher.

Funeral Services for Alan Burnette will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 1:00 P. M. at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Paul Goodin will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Thompson Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday, March 1, 2025 after 11:00 A. M. at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
